Webb’s dean of students oversees the daily life of Webb’s students, 帮助激励和激励学生取得成功. Webb has an extensive support system to help students make the transition to boarding school life. 每个学生被分配一名教师/工作人员顾问. There are approximately eight students for every advisor. Advisors and advisees meet weekly and build very strong relationships.
